Chipper Jones, the iconic former third baseman for the Atlanta Braves and eight time MLB All-Star, is selling his ginormous vacation cabin on Lake Blue Ridge.
Jones, who retired from professional baseball in 2012, originally bought the 5 bedroom, 5½ bath home for just under $1.5 million in 2014. The 5,000 square foot home sits on just over 1/2 an acre on Lake Blue Ridge and is now listed for $1,575,000.
The interior of this oversized cabin features notched log construction, hardwood floors and vaulted wood ceilings with exposed wooden beams as well as gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge mountains. As for amenities, Chipper’s cabin sports a gourmet kitchen, lots of room to relax, an outdoor hot tub, a two-story dock and tons of outdoor recreation.
