Terrible customer service
I was in town for a rafting trip and did a little shopping in this beautiful town. I bought two bracelets at Juliana’s, spending over $77. The first time I wore one of the bracelets, the very next week, it broke. I called and spoke to an associate, and told her about the issue, and advised her that I still have my receipt and would like a replacement or a refund. She admitted she would have to speak to the manager and call me back. This same scenario went on for several weeks, talking with different associates including Emily and Victoria. I requested the owner reach out to me and I was always given an excuse as to why they could not talk to me or why my request for a refund could not be granted (owner out of town, no longer have that style bracelet, etc.) Needless to say, nobody has ever contacted me back as they promised and I still have a broken bracelet. I will not shop there again. Very poor and disappointing experience.
